How Many Eggs Can We Safely Consume A Day?

The egg intake came into scrutiny in the late sixties when the American Heart Association (AHA) advised people to limit their intake of eggs to three to four per week ( two for people with known coronary disease) when scientific research established that a persistently high blood cholesterol level leads to atherosclerosis (i.e. deposition of cholesterol in the walls of blood vessels), a major underlying cause of heart attack and stroke.

Paul Of Tarsus - The Founder Of Modern Christianity

Contrary to what every Christian believes, it was not Jesus Christ nor his disciple Peter was the founder of  modern Christianity, but it was Paul of Tarsus also known as Saul, the Roman centurion who was once responsible in persecuting the early classic Christians prior to his alleged conversion and later known as “St. Paul”, when he proclaim himself to be an apostle of Jesus Christ based on his story of his way to Damascus road incident.

Raw Materials For Refractory Industry Has Risen Up

The internal demand in China and its imposition of higher export taxes on magnesium oxide and bauxite, two sensitive materials needed by factories in their manufacture of refractory products. Industry sources has said, that the higher taxes slapped on these products would directly affect the steel, cement and ferro-alloy sectors, which rely mostly on refractory materials to operate their plants.
