Mike Tyson Reveals He Turned From ‘Hard Stallion Into A Wet Noodle’ Upon Seeing His Ex-wife Robin Givens Dating Brad Pitt

Former boxing heavyweight champion Mike Tyson and actress Robin Givens were married in 1988.

They had a tumultuous relationship and had a famously short-lived marriage that was marked by violence.

Givens filed for divorce three months later alleging spousal abuse and was reported to have received a divorce settlement of over US$ 10 million.

A Harvard graduate, many believed Givens had set out to take Tyson’s money. She had previously dated Eddie Murphy and Brad Pitt.

Givens went to a prestigious university at the age of 15 while Tyson was a high school drop out.

Tyson has gone on to appear in the hit movie franchise ‘The Hangover’ and was the subject of an award winning documentary in 2008 by director James Toback.

The boxer turned actor appeared on the late night program to promote his tell-all one man show Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth which opens in Las Vegas this month.

His live one-man show is being described as a raw autobiographical confession.

Despite their high-profile split, the pair were still spending a lot of time together and it was while waiting outside Robin’s house one day that the boxing legend saw her return home with the movie star.

‘As I go to my car she drives up with the handsome Brad Pitt,’ Tyson remembered.

‘It just totally overwhelmed me,’ he added, ‘I had no energy to fight.’

Tyson told U.S. chat show host Conan O’Brien that upon seeing his ex-wife get out of a car with heart throb Brad Pitt: ‘I went from a hard stallion to a wet noodle.’

The live one-man show is all about tackling his marriages, divorces, rape conviction, anger issues and the piece of ear he bit off of Evander Holyfield, it promises to be a gritty, no holds barred performance.

Mike Tyson’s one man show debuts in Las Vegas next week.
