Getting rid of tummy fats and developing a lean flat abdomen is a challenging task. If you have a bulging abdomen with extra layers of fats, you can get rid of it by doing regular tummy exercise and adopt a healthy diet.
It’s a daunting task to adjust your lifestyle though, but you need to work on it slowly with patience. You don’t need to deprive yourself of your favorite foods but you have to be careful what to eat and it should be taken in moderation by avoiding food of high calories.

Get an exercise program, it can be difficult at first but with perseverance you can start doing a brisk walk, light jogging and body calisthenics as you build up yourself endurance and doing your cardiovascular at least four to five times a week and between 30-45 minutes.
Just remember that the more calories you burn the more weight you will lose. It takes a lot of discipline to yourself in order to achieve your goal and come up with a flat lean abdomen.
