S. Victor Whitmill, the tattoo artist who design a distinctive mark on Mike Tyson’s face is charging Warner Brothers Entertainment, Inc, for copyright infringement over a similar looking facial tattoo on Ed Helms’ character in the upcoming movie ‘The Hangover: Part II.’
